Anna Burke Cakes is a bespoke cake company specialising in creating simple and natural buttercream cakes to help you celebrate every special moment in life.

Baking everything from scratch including curds, ganache and macarons, while incorporating fresh berries and edible flowers using only local high quality seasonal ingredients.

Anna studied Baking and Pastry Arts Management in DIT while working as a pastry chef in some of the top kitchens across the country including Avoca and Carton House.

While also supplying wholesale to many independent coffee shops in the Kildare and Wicklow region including her famous cookie sandwich, brownies, blondie's and lemon drizzle loaf.

Anna's Primary focus has always been having beautiful cakes that tasted every bit as good as it looked.
